On Sunday, September 29, the day dedicated to the Professional Sommeliers will be held, which will take place in the main dining room of the renowned El Duque Restaurant (Castiello Bernueces), and that in this edition will have the spirits, liquors and gins of cider and / or Apple as protagonists.

This day is convened to respond to the demands of the Sommeliers, who precisely because of the characteristics of their work have serious difficulties to attend the previous days (which coincides in moments of maximum activity in their jobs), and also need information much more profound and specific since, ultimately, they are responsible for determining what will be the winery of their respective restaurants and the different harmonizations that they propose to customers, becoming in turn prescribers of the products presented in the SISGA
