The SISGA Awards are awarded to distinguish the quality of the best ciders presented in the contest. In the beginning, only three competitively established prizes were established, but since this year, quality has been especially rewarded, according to the score awarded by the International Jury.

Awards

A single Premium SISGA is established for each category, and gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded based on the score obtained by the jury, on a maximum of 100 points:
Gold Medal 90-100 points
Silver Medal 80-90 points
Bronze Medal 70-80 points

 

International jury

The jury is made up of the participants of the cidermakers themselves, each of whom will have the possibility of appointing a representative in said jury.
The organization will appoint a Jury Presidency with the functions of clarifying doubts, establishing criteria and deciding the final prizes based on the score made by the international jury.

STILL CIDER

      • -Dry. Sugar until12 gr/l
      • -Demi-dry: Sugar until 50 gr/l
      • -Sweet: Sugar over 50 gr/l

SPARKLING CIDER

    • Endogenous carbonic:
      • -Brut. Sugar until 12 gr/l
      • -Demi-dry: Sugar until 50 gr/l
      • -Sweet: Sugar over 50 gr/l
    • Exogenous carbonic:
      • -Brut. Sugar until 12 gr/l
      • -Demi dry: Sugar until 50 gr/l
      • -Sweet: Sugar over 50 gr/l
